Here at Bennest Karate School (BKS) we teach traditional Martial Arts and have been in Washington for over 40yrs. The Martial Arts are meant to help improve character and mental discipline as well as physical skill. BKS is an exceptional Dojo, meant to be accessible to all, including women, children and those without great athletic ability.
