Dragon Yong-In Martial Arts was founded by Grand Master Brian Kwan Hyoung Jo and Co-owner Director Jin Jo with the goal and intent of educating students in the art of Taekwondo and Hapkido. They founded their school in February of 1999 in Leesburg, Virginia.
