Red Rock Martial Arts is a newer martial arts school in St. George. They have programs for all ages and sizes, from 5 years old to 65,  small, tall, or inbetween karate is a great way to get daily exercise.  The kids programs are designed for their age and mentally, so they can have the fundimentals and diciplin of the martial arts, while having a great time.
