Popular in the United States and included in the Olympic games, Tae Kwon Do is a Korean national sport.  Translated directly, Tae Kwon Do means “Art of Hand and Foot Fighting” and is noted by its many different kicks and acrobatic moves.  Mount Olympus Tae Kwon Do is an affiliate school of the American Combat Tae Kwon Do Federation (ACTF) led by Master Ronald Overman.  We are one of three ACTF schools located on the Wasatch front.
