The unified jiu-jitsu kids program is unique in the fact that every class is supervised by a Pedro Sauer certified Gracie jiu-jitsu black belt. Kids learn the fundemental principles of Brazilian jiu-jitsu, using technique and leverage instead of strength. Kids gain confidence, discipline, and repsect.
