The House of Spiritual Tecahings presents the HOST Martial Arts
Group. We are an informal group of people who are committed to the
highest standards of Martial Arts and Self Defense excellence.

The HOST Martial Arts Group is dedicated to providing quality
self-defense and martial arts instruction at a reasonable price. We are
a self-defense focused school. Our main system is Toyahkhavadah
Integrated Kali; a no-non-sense self-defense and civilian combat
system. While TIK is our main focus, HOST also offers training in
Bare-Knuckle Muay Thai: Ancient and Modern. Classes are
available for a wide range of ages and experience levels.
