We offer both private and group classes in:
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Gi & No-Gi), Judo Tae Kwon Do,
Mixed Martail Arts, and Aerobics.

We also offer a full workout gym. Our facility is more than 3000 sq ft that includes a pro shop, 1000+ sq ft of grappling mats, speed bags, boxing/kickboxing heavy bags, karate sparring equipment, muay thai striking pads, ground attack bags, throwing dummy, focus mits, boxing gloves, free weights, a variety of weightlifting equipment, cardio equipment (treadmills, bikes, etc.), and more.
