WE ARE NOT A COMMERCIAL SCHOOL. We don't make you sign a contract. All classes are held in small groups at a studio in the instructors home. The small groups ensures that each student gets individual attention and correction in order to maximize and enhance the learning experience. Kenpo training takes place in a FUN yet formal atmosphere with an emphasis on etiquette, respect and self-control as well as physical ability. Training generally is divided into the practice of basics, forms and sets, self-defense techniques and sparring. While sparring, students learn to control their techniques, not pull them or stop blows just short of contact. So that power is always maintained with control. All classes are taught with utmost SAFTY in mind and we ask that ALL class rules and dress code be strictly adhered to.
Sifu JosephBennett started his martial
arts training at the age of 12 under his father Grand Master Dennis P. Bennett. He has 23+years experience in the martial arts.
