Our training mission and the programs we provide are focused on reality based self defense (shil jun mu sul), not sport, competition, or traditional martial arts. We offer reality-based self defense training that covers the full spectrum of self protection, including:

Regular ongoing training courses are taught in a group setting, or in private instruction either at our facility or at the student’s location.
