Our goal at the Academy of Asian Martial Arts is to strengthen the mental and physical health of our students. All of the classes will improve strength, endurence, coordination, agility, balance and posture.
The classes are traditional martial arts from Okinawa, China, Japan and the Phillippines. Students are introduced to the ideas and cultures of Asia to give them a broader perspective.
