Martial Fitness training is unmatched in terms of results. With two "State of the Art" training facilities we offer a wide range of programs to meet the needs of each member.
We begin training with children as young as 4 years in our Lil Dragons program. We also offer a variety of programs for Adults. Weight loss and weight management programs like Kickboxing, Martial Fitness, and Personal Training. For serious Martial Artists we offer competition programs in Kickboxing, K-1& S-1styles, and a Mixed Martial Arts program.
