Established in 2009 by the Olympic World Champion Lopez Family, The Lopez Taekwondo Academy is built on more than 40 years of experience in the Sugar Land and Metropolitan Houston areas of Texas. The Lopez family’s style of Taekwondo is the most recognized and respected martial arts system in the world. We strongly believe in the value of Taekwondo instruction for all ages—especially for the young. Lopez Taekwondo emphasizes the disciplines of attention and respect; concentration and timing; strength and flexibility; achievement and accomplishment; goal setting; sportsmanship; confidence, and character. We also like to throw in a bit of fun.
