Currently we do not teach anyone under the age of 13 years.

We offer 1 classe that runs Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

This class starts at 7:15 pm until 8:30 pm it is fast paced and physically demanding.

We charge $85.00 per month and NO CONTRACTS at this school.

If you are looking for real self defense, physical fitness or a combination of both we can design a program to meet your needs. Our group classes are designed to give the student physical fitness as well as a chance to work with other students and develope real self defence abilities. This class teaches the student how to use their skills in real world situations. The class is fast paced and fun. OUR GOAL IS TO MAKE YOU THE BEST MARTIAL ARTIST YOU CAN BE.
