The purpose of Spirit Martial Arts is to give Adults

and children the oppurtunity to gain health and self

confidence through the practice of both sport and

traditional Taekwondo. We believe that morale and

self confidence is achieved through the demonstration

of competence. Martial arts are a useful tool for this

purpose.
