National Karate Institute is a school of all ages. Owner and instructor Marc Deshchenes a sixth degree in Taekwondo under Jhoon Rhee trains champions. He has trained 43 Black Belts and 32 World champions in sport karate. National Karate Institute has been open since 1986. National Karate Institute offers classes in Taekwondo and Cardio Kickboxing. You can also learn musical forms or "Kata" to classical music at National Karate Instiute.
