We offer classes for all ages and levels of experience in a family environment. The programs that Master Kurt Miller
(7th dan) and his staff have developed are designed to benefit both body and mind and take a pro-active approach to self defense.

We specialize in helping beginners enjoy taekwondo and the physical fitness that naturally comes with it. Our classes are safe and fun for children and adults alike.

You will gain confidence that you can defend yourself and your family, relieve stress associated with everyday life and improve your general health. Your child will acquire skills and confidence to deter bullying, develop respect and discipline to improve grades and get in shape while having fun.
