he River of Life Martial Arts & Wellness Center (RoL) is a beautiful structure set on three and a half acres in Fort Washington, PA, with the pristine Wissahickon River running aside the property. RoL serves residents of Montgomery County and surrounding areas with health and wellness services for the entire family.

Stop by the outdoor mediation area on your way to the martial arts hall, where you can follow the transcendent Green Ribbon Trail which winds along the river. The main martial arts hall, or dojo, has an area of 75′ by 40′ of training space, covered by modern tatami matting and traditional Japanese layout. The new studio next to the dojo contains bamboo, radiant-heated floors and is ideal for fitness classes. We have large men and womens' changing rooms and a martial arts store where you can find essential training equipment.

Enter the right side of the building to find acupuncture offices, where patients are expertly treated to restore balance and functional health for a wide variety of conditions. Our acupuncture is a blend of proven ancient practices with cutting edge modern advancements.
