Rothrock's Kung Fu & Tai Chi Academy was started by Master Rothrock in 1972. We offer classes for Children, Adults and Seniors. The Children classes (Little Dragons) concentrate on developing your child's life skills:concentration, discipline and leadership. The Kung Fu classes stress conditioning, self defense and kickboxing. Eagle Claw (Ying Jow Pai) is the main system of Kung Fu that we teach. We teach the traditional methods with a modern approach. In the Tai Chi classes, you'll learn relaxation to relieve stress as you improve your flexibility and balance.
