Tamarack TKD is a martial art studio run by husband and wife team, Masters Jeff and Shelley Green. They have been teaching together since 1995. They provide a family friendly atmosphere with emphasis on traditional training which means we do not compete in tournaments. There are no initiation or yearly membership fees or long term contracts. Payments are made on a monthly basis. All of the fitness classes offered, including, tae kwon do, ground fighting, boxing, weapons and wrestling, provide opportunity for self improvement, self defense and exercise. We hope to increase the respect, discipline and self- esteem of all who train with us.
