Our studio offers a variety of classes in Martial arts and fitness. While we do stress discipline and fitness, we think you will find our approach low key enough to accommodate the less athletic or outgoing student . We have students starting at every age, from 4-70+. Besides offering Karate courses to both children and adults, we offer exercise classes on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday
