Family Self Defense Center / Goshinkan Dojo has been offering instruction and training in Ju-Jitsu since 1983. Located in Merrick, NY, Family Self Defense Center / Goshinkan Dojo has produced champions in life as well as in the martial arts.

Headed by JEFF LOVERING (7th DEGREE) and a staff of expert instructors and managers, including EILEEN BENZE, KATIE CARROLL, DWAYNE PORTER, Family Self Defense Center / Goshinkan Dojo offers a number of programs for physical fitness and instruction in Ju-Jitsu. We also offer personal protection systems such as Training For Life, and Know and Go.
