The Howard Beach Karate Dojo was founded on February 22nd,
1999. A combination of three powerful martial arts known as USA
Goju Ryu, Judo/Jujitsu, and Shotokan formulate our style of Ven
Jitsu Goju. The name of this style means to achieve “Victory,
Enlightenment, and Nobility in the Gentle Art of Hard and Soft.”
