Founded in 1968 by Sensei Jack Krystek, The Krystek School of Judo, Self Defense & Fitness is different from any other you will find. We are deeply rooted in tradition with a focus on continuous evolution. Whatever your goals may be, we offer a wide array of programs for adults and children to help you attain them. We teach only small group classes, semi-private and private lessons. In every class, each student receives the personal attention of the instructor.

Our kid’s classes are age-appropriate and specific. Children have the option of Judo and/or our MMA Self Defense class (Jiu-Jitsu Modern style). In each and every class we address character development with "mat chats" and open discussions through the number-one character development system in America: Powerful Words.
