ohn Duffy is head instructor. His commitment to continuing the "way" of karate is evident in the classes at our dojo. The values gained by training in traditional karate with modern adaptations are many; self-confidence, respect, fitness and the ability to focus. Sensei Duffy and the qualified instructors here follow the etiquette and discipline with which they were taught. Sensei Duffy has been teaching karate to adults, teens and children for 3 decades.

Students here are encouraged to exercise their mind, body and spirit while learning self defense.
It is our belief that through strenuous training we follow a path toward reaching our goals and a more enjoyable life.
