Sensei Manka holds a Sandan (Third Degree Black belt) in Judo and Shotokan Karate. Sensei Manka has over 20 years of experience as a competitor and 12 years as an instructor. Sensei has competed in Freestyle Wrestling, Greco Roman Wrestling and Judo on the National and International level. Sensei Manka started training in the Martial Arts at the age of 6 years old in Karate and 12 years old in Judo and Jujitsu. Sensei’s goal is to promote the active participation in Martial Arts as a life long journey.
