We have been providing Taekwondo instruction to men, women and children in Central Jersey for more than 20 years. Taekwondo training has many benefits for adults, teens and younger children starting as early as four years old. Our students love the extra activities while learning a martial art that gives them mental & physical benefits. Our award winning self-defense program is unlike any other martial arts school. We are the Region 1 headquarters for the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) which gives us many opportunities to compete and train on a local and National level. All of our black belts and instructors are Nationally Certified by the AAU Taekwondo program.
