Our system, Mixed American Freestyle, is one of a kind because it has been developed by our own Grandmaster Art Hinkelbein over the course of his 40+ years in the arts. Grandmaster Hinkelbein combines many of his own philosophies with elements of Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, Aikido, and Boxing – resulting in a well-rounded MMA system that is not only practical, but also extremely effective whatever your age, size, or skill level may be. Mixed American Freestyle always remains at the forefront of the martial arts industry because Grandmaster Hinkelbein is committed to constantly adapting the system to fit into today’s continuously changing world.
