Grand Master U. S. Kim was born in Korea and immigrated to the United States qw114in 1982, where he made New York as his second home. He received his U.S. Citizenship and continues to become a long, dedicated, and strong "community-minded" citizen. He has traveled all over the United States and to many other countries to help needy people; to promote the spirit of Tae Kwon Do and for the purpose of making the world a better place to live through the benefits of martial arts. Internationally known and respected as an excellent technician, top competitor, talented teacher, and a deep philosopher, Grand Master U.S. Kim is an incarnation of martial arts excellence. His life and many accomplishments demonstrate a never-ending pursuit of perfection.
