Adult programs include: Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), Brazilian Jiujitsu (BJJ), MMA striking, MMA wrestling, and submission grappling. Ask about private lessons for strength and conditioning as well as pre-fight training packages.

Women’s classes include: Kickboxing and Beginner Jiujitsu taught by a female instructor in a private, comfortable, all-female setting designed to help you get in shape fast as well as learn valuable self-defense techniques.
