Located in Vermillion Square Shopping Center, we offer a number of exciting classes for both children and adults of all ages. Our action packed classes include training in Tae Kwon Do, Self-Defense, Cardio Kickboxing, and more.

Being independently owned and operated allows our staff to personally give each student the attention they deserve in a family oriented environment.
