The Prattville school is managed, owned, and operated by 5th Degree Black Belt Kevin Crutchfield. Mr. Crutchfield has been training in TaeKwonDo since 1993. He is a Certified TaeKwonDo Instructor, Certified Tiger Rock X-Treme Instructor, ADHD Educator Certified, and a Blue belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Throughout Mr. Crutchfield’s 19 years of training, he has competed staying in the top three in all divisions, including extreme forms, traditional forms, and sparring competion. He is a multiple time grand champion.
Mr. Crutchfield’s instructor and mentor is Senior Master Chris Jackson.
Senior Master Jackson spends his time daily training and instructing the staff and other instructors at Tiger Rock of Tuscaloosa South. Sr. Master Chris Jackson has studied TaeKwonDo and other Korean Martial Arts for over 25 years and has been teaching commercially for 21 years. His first teaching experience came under his instructor Grand Master James Bailey, 8th degree Black Belt of Tuscaloosa, AL and then a TaeKwonDo Club in Greensboro, AL. In 1991 he moved to Montgomery, AL to open what is today Tiger Rock of Montgomery. Since opening in Montgomery he has trained hundreds of students and many Air Force personnel and officers.
