Mayer's Karate & Fitness began in 1984. Over the years we have built an impressive clientele with exciting fitness programs that target all ages. Our eclectic system of martial arts has been derived from over 35 years of study by our very own Sensei Mayer. Sensei Mayer currently holds a 7th degree black belt and is chief instructor for all classes. Martial arts instructors also instruct inspirational Cardio-Kickboxing classes.

Mayer's Karate & Fitness also provides the community with personal One-to-One fitness training. Mayer's fitness director Pamela Mayer, has a One-to-One approach that has helped hundreds of individuals become healthier and stay healthier through exercise. Strength training, boxing, Pilates, yoga, kickboxing, rehabilitative and post-rehabilitative training, corporate wellness and body fat testing are just some of the services we can provide you with. All of our male and female trainers are A.C.E. certified.
