Training4Life Martial Arts Academy prides itself on offering a wide variety of classes to children and adults. Classes include training for 4-5 year olds, 6-12 year olds, and ages 13 and up in our Traditional Martial Arts Program, which incorporates elements of Tae Kwon Do, American Kickboxing and Hapkido.
