The aim of our school is to provide quality and affordable martial arts training to everyone in the community. It is our goal to help people of all ages succeed in being physically fit and knowledgeable in the field of martial arts. We are a family owned and operated business. At our school we provide training in Japanese Shindo-Ryu as well as American style Kickboxing. We are open 5 days a week during the evenings from 6pm-10pm.
