We teach our students how to defend themselves in a realistic self defense situation by using the proven methods of the Renzo Gracie Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu system created by Grand Master Carlos Gracie and Grand Master Helio Gracie. We incorporate in our Renzo Gracie Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instruction the philosophies of Gracie Jiu-Jitsu to give our student a relaxed training environment with an emphasis on getting fit while learning how to defend yourself.
