Between 1974 and 1996, Mark Williams was a world-class contender in national and international martial arts tournaments. Marks talent, dedication, and experience is such that he dominated virtually every contest he entered and he continues to inspire competitors and students alike. In addition to his tremendous record as a fighter, Williams has a well-earned reputation as a top-notch coach and instructor that includes coaching seventeen national taekwondo champions, as well as Herbert Perez (1992 Olympic Gold Medalist). Williams appointments to the coaching staff of the US National Team maintain his active connection to competitive taekwondo. Mark brings the same enthusiasm to teaching students to master techniques as he does to working a new upcoming champion. He is a man who can never seem to do enough for the sport.
