We have MMA Training, Ribiero BJJ, Wrestling, USA Amateur Boxing, Strikersunion Mauy Thai, Women's cardio-kickboxing, Combat Club Kids, Kids BJJ, Youth Wrestling, Women's only BJJ, Issihin Ryu Karate, Lapunti Abanico Arnis, Tae Kwon Do, Akido, Iaido, CC Krav Maga, Weight Room, Outdoor training pit, Pro shop, underprivileged youth programs, full boxing ring, Heavy Bag Area, 4 separate matted areas to train on, and most importantly we are the official home of InTheCage4Kids!
