We are a Hung Gar Kung Fu school. We practice traditional Hung Gar Kung Fu as well as traditional lion dance. Hung Gar is a southern style of kung fu, the five animals include the crane, tiger, lepard, dragon, and snake. We not only teach the physical part of Hung Gar but the philosophy as well.
