One of our main goals is to perfect practical self defense techniques. This covers all fighting distances from long range to grappling, and single to multiple attackers. Let's face it, in a dangerous situation you will have little to no time to evaluate and come up with a multitude of logical defenses. Your body must move reactively. You must perform maneuvers over and over until your body will react even when absent of conscious thought. To this end, Applied Self Defense Tactics are incorporated into every discipline we teach. Each individual practitioner uniquely adapts these techniques to their abilities. No person is created the same as another physically or mentally, and our training allows for these differences. In order to accomplish this, we provide a variety of martial arts programs for all ages. You will experience the highest level of instruction, a great workout, and loads of fun.
