Crystal City Moo Sul Kwan is a partnership with the Jefferson County Parks Department in cooperation with the Lee H. Park Moo Sul Kwan Martial Arts Institute. Moo Sul Kwan is headquartered in Cape Girardeau, MO and has been a leader in martial arts, self-defense, and fitness since 1969.

We offer Tae Kwon Do classes that emphasize in maintaining fitness, learning self-defense, and motivating students through healthy competiton. Skills taught at Crystal City Moo Sul Kwan often run parallel to life skills that will benefit children and adults in education, careers, and life.

One Tuesday a month, we are also offering Hapkido and Pre-hapkido classes to teach teeenagers and adults self-defense techniques.
