Our specialty is in teaching practical self-defense and adventure based personal development. Besides having knowledge in personal safety, our students find they benefit from reduced stress, improved health and fitness, an increase in energy, better focus and self-discipline, as well as an attitude of respect and courtesy, and confidence and leadership skills that will last a lifetime. We have great classes for 4 year olds and up that are separated by age and experience level. Each class is tailored to the individual so that nearly anyone can achieve success.
