Detail: Champion Martial Arts. Whether you're a child or adult, we have a program designed to meet your needs. We offer martial arts classes for children (ages 4-12) which stress character development and positive reinforcement while teaching functional self-defense skills. We offer self-defense classes for adults (13-over) as well which focus on situational self-defense (both standing as well as on the ground); we cover all ranges of defense. At Champion Martial Arts, we know that your top concern is safety. We realize that if a student gets hurt, they don't come back, so we go to great lengths to provide a safe, clean, family environment for all of our students. We do this by: 1) providing a state-of-the-art matted floor, 2) encouraging students to take it at their own pace, 3) never requiring students to contact-spar, and 4) by teaching proper warm-up and stretching exercises.
