It is our passion at Onjou (warm heart) Aikido & Holistic Arts Center to encourage ALL students to become empowered utilizing the teachings of O-Sensei Morihei Ueshiba.
Self confidence, keen awareness, integrity, honesty, and respect are the primary ingredients to attaining peace and harmony in mind, body, and spirit.

We have an inherited depth of knowledge and believe that passing on more peaceful behaviors will create solutions for problems, not contribute to them.
